From our web hosting review, Lunarpages hosting is increasing their shared hosting price from $4.95/mo with further discount.. to the recent price $5.95/mo without further discount. You are now paying far more for the same lunarpages hosting. Think we don’t like about lunarpages is inconsistent of their hosting price and short life-span of their promotion. Their web hosting is with photo support and poor email support, there is no live chat support provided.

For $4 dollars hosting, we are asking for live chat support and good email support, these are the basic requirement. Unfortunately, the new lunarpages price $5.95/mo cannot provide these. Hence, we are removing lunarpages from our top 10 web hosting list, and now ranked at position 19th.

Recently in september 2008, lunarpages hosting had upgraded their linux web hosting plan from 1500gb web storage space to unlimited web storage space and with unlimited bandwidth per month too.

Two days ago, i saw their hosting price was $6.95 per month for this unlimited storage plan. And due to the new price which is higher than previous $4.95/mth, and i had decided that $6.95 per month is not cheap hosting anymore. Thus, i get it removed from “cheap web hosting” section.

But today, i checked on it again, lunarpages is now selling at $4.95/mth instead. The old promotion price is back. I bet that lunarpages fans already used to $4.95, and not likely going to signup for the $6.95 price. Guess they have to change the price back to $4.95 again… due to customer demand
